AR Committee/Guidelines

Outdoor updates to your home need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  This includes home paint color, reroofing, sheds and out buildings, changes to fencing, etc.  Details are provided in the current CC&R's.  The project approval form can be accessed here.

Solar Power System Guideline - Guidelines for homeowners considering adding solar power systems to their homes.

 

ACC Guidelines  - This guideline contains the residency standards and conditions applicable to all property owners within the Sagewood Meadows community. The legal authority and powers of the Association to enforce compliance are described in the Declaration. This guideline will guide the ACC in interpreting less detailed sections of the CC&Rs to assist homeowners in maintaining their property in compliance with CC&R Article V, Building and Use Restrictions and Article 6, Fences and Perimeter Easements
